Help & FAQs
Pick the guide that matches your account. Each guide covers how to set up your own dashboard first, then how to help the people you're responsible for.
Program Directors
Set up your program, add sites, invite Site Admins and teachers, create classes and class codes, move students, read usage reports, and turn on two-step sign-in.
Site Admins: use this guide too — it covers everything for your site.
Teachers
See who has signed in and who hasn't, assign lessons, invite students by link or class code, track practice, and manage the class team score.
Also includes the short instructions you give students.
Students
Create your account, join your class, find your assigned lesson, practice vocabulary, listening, speaking and writing, and use first-language help.
Everything you need in one page.
How the pieces fit together
- A program is your church or organization. The Learn More English team creates it and names one or more Program Directors.
- A program has one or more sites — the locations where classes meet. A Director can invite a Site Admin to look after a single site's classes, teachers, students, and reports.
- Each site has classes. Each class has a teacher and its own class code and invite link.
- Students create a free account, then join a class with a code or link. Progress belongs to the student, so it follows them if they change classes or programs.
- Anyone with an account can practice every book, even without a class. See Books.
