How do I get Program Director access?

Create a normal account and confirm it, then ask the Learn More English team to add you as a Director of your program. A Director tab then appears on your dashboard.

Why am I asked for a two-step code?

Program Directors and Site Admins must use two-step sign-in. Set up an authenticator app on the Account security page; there is a two-week grace period.

Can a program have several administrators?

Yes. Multiple people can administer the same program, and each sees the same classes and reports.

How do I add a site?

On the Director tab, use the Sites section: type the site name and an optional address, then click Add site.

What is a site code and how is it different from a class code?

A site code identifies the location and is unique to that site; a class code joins a person to one particular class. Students still need a class code or invite link.

How do I keep two locations from mixing?

Create a site for each location, attach every class to its site, and mint separate site codes; rosters and reports then stay separate.

A session is a named date range such as Fall 2026. Add one under Semesters & sessions and reports can be run for exactly that period.

A Site Admin manages one site: its classes, teachers, students, and reports. They cannot create new sites or see other sites in the program.

On the Director tab use Invitations: choose the role, choose the site or class, type their email, and send. They get a branded email with a single-use link.

How do I remove someone's access?

Use the People section on the Director tab to remove a Site Admin or unassign a teacher; access ends immediately and their history stays intact.

How do class codes work?

Each class code belongs to your program and joins whoever enters it to that class. Student codes and teacher codes are separate.

In the class row on the Director tab pick a teacher from the list to assign or replace, or unassign to leave the class without a teacher.

Select students with the checkboxes on the Director tab and move them to another class in the program; teachers can also move students between classes they teach.

Move them to the correct class; for duplicate accounts have the student use the one with practice history and contact us to retire the other.

What can I see about how my program is using the site?

Per class: number of students, teachers, active students this week, practice attempts, and the class team score, plus program totals and site-level participation reports.

Use Participation reports on the Director tab: choose a session or dates, choose one site or all sites, choose week/month/day and whether to group by class or by site, then click Run report.

Can I see which lessons and books are being used?

Yes. Running a report also produces a book and lesson table showing students, attempts, and average score for each lesson, filtered to the same dates and site.

How long is usage data kept?

Usage data is kept for two years and then deleted automatically, so download a CSV of anything you need to keep longer.

No. Reporting is deliberately at program and class level; individual detail stays with the student and their teacher.
