How do I get program administrator access?

Create a normal account and confirm it, then ask the site administrator to add you as an administrator of your program. A Director tab then appears on your dashboard.

Why am I asked for a two-step code?

Program administrators and site administrators must use two-step sign-in. Set up an authenticator app on the Account security page; there is a two-week grace period.

Can a program have several administrators?

Yes. Multiple people can administer the same program, and each sees the same classes and reports.

How do I create a class?

On the Director tab choose your program, add a class with a clear name such as Tuesday AM Beginner, then assign a teacher.

How do class codes work?

Each class code belongs to your program and joins whoever enters it to that class. Student codes and teacher codes are separate.

How do I assign, replace, or remove a teacher?

In the class row on the Director tab pick a teacher from the list to assign or replace, or unassign to leave the class without a teacher.

How do I move students between classes?

Select students with the checkboxes on the Director tab and move them to another class in the program; teachers can also move students between classes they teach.

A student joined the wrong class or made two accounts.

Move them to the correct class; for duplicate accounts have the student use the one with practice history and contact us to retire the other.

What can I see about how my program is using the site?

Per class: number of students, teachers, active students this week, practice attempts, and the class team score, plus program totals.

Can I see exactly what each student answered?

No. Reporting is deliberately at program and class level; individual detail stays with the student and their teacher.

Yes. Program-level usage can be exported as CSV with no student personal information included.

Numbers look low — what should I check first?

Check whether students have joined at all, whether last-active says Never, and whether teachers are assigning lessons.

Every vocabulary item has a picture and a listen button, and first-language audio is available once they choose their language.

Do students have to be in a class?
