1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Learn More English ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Who can use the Service

The Service is intended for adult English language learners and for the teachers and program directors who support them. If you are under 18, please use the Service with the involvement of a parent, guardian, or program leader.

3. Accounts and codes

You are responsible for keeping your account and any class codes you receive confidential. Program directors and teachers may view class rosters and participation for classes they manage.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to harass others, submit content you don't have rights to, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the Service. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Content and curriculum

Practice content is provided in connection with materials from the ESL Curriculum Exchange and other sources we license. We do not claim ownership of third-party curricula.

6. Changes to the Service

We may update the Service, including these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we can't guarantee it.
